FAQ
Layer & Rest is a brand of L’Baiet Inc. Here are answers about building a Layer & Rest mattress, shipping, the 100-night trial, payments, and how to reach us.
What sizes can I build?
Layer & Rest mattresses are available in Twin, Full, Queen, and King. You choose your size in the mattress builder on lbaiet.com.
What thicknesses are available?
You can choose 6", 8", 10", 12", or 14" thickness when you build your Layer & Rest mattress.
What is the difference between 2-layer and 3-layer?
Both options use a supportive base foam and a gel memory foam sleep surface. The 2-layer build is base foam topped with gel memory foam. The 3-layer build adds a responsive support foam in the middle for a smoother transition and deeper contour. In the builder, 3-Layer is offered as a free upgrade at the same price as 2-Layer while that promotion lasts.
What is the 100-night home trial?
Every Layer & Rest mattress includes a 100-night home trial. If you are not happy with your mattress, you can return it for a full refund. The 100-night trial is our guarantee; we do not offer a separate product warranty.
How do I return a mattress?
Contact sales@lbaiet.com or call +1 (718) 362-6003 during your trial. Share your order details and that you want to return the mattress, and we will arrange the return with you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Layer & Rest offers free shipping anywhere in the United States. Layer & Rest mattresses ship compressed in a box. When your order ships, we email you tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is processed through Stripe. You can pay with major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Affirm (where Affirm is offered at checkout).
How do mattresses arrive?
Layer & Rest mattresses ship compressed in a box. After delivery, allow time for the mattress to expand to its full size before judging the feel.
