This Privacy Policy describes how Layer & Rest, a brand of L’Baiet Inc. (“Layer & Rest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lbaiet.com, use the Layer & Rest mattress builder, or buy products from us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact and order details you provide — such as name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and messages you send to sales@lbaiet.com.
- Payment information related to your purchase. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including tools used for the shopping cart and site analytics.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and returns
- Communicate about orders, tracking, and customer support
- Operate, secure, and improve lbaiet.com and the mattress builder

Payments
Checkout runs on WooCommerce with payments processed by Stripe. Available methods can include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm where offered. Stripe and Affirm receive the information needed to process your payment under their own privacy policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in where applicable, and measure site traffic. Our site uses Jetpack for statistics and related WordPress features. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect checkout and cart features.

- Service providers who help us run the store — for example Stripe and Affirm (payments), shipping carriers, and hosting or email tools
