Product Care

When vacuuming adjust the beater bar and brush at the highest setting as to avoid excess wear, refrain from vacuuming fringe. For stains spot clean only with mild detergent and water.

How to remove folds and curls

After unfolding your rug the corners will be slightly curved due to packaging. We recommend either laying out the rug on its reverse side for a few days or lay out your rug in its designated space and place your furniture on each corner. Both of these options will ensure your rug with be flush to the ground in a couple of days.
