When vacuuming, flip the rug upside down, turn on beater bar setting, and vacuum the backside of the rug to loosen dirt. Repeat as many times as needed. If size permits, shake rug outside when necessary to rid rug of dust and debris. Blot any spills with a clean cloth immediately, do not rub. For long-term care, professional cleaning is recommended.

Product Care

When vacuuming place the beater bar and brush at the highest setting as to avoid excess wear, refrain from vacuuming fringe. For stains spot clean only with mild detergent and water.

How to remove folds and curls

After unfolding your rug the corners will be slightly curved due to packaging. We recommend either laying out the rug on its reverse side for a few days or lay out your rug in its designated space and place your furniture on each corner. Both of these options will ensure your rug will be flush to the ground in a couple of days.
